About the Role

As our International Client Success Business Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping how OpenAI’s media strategy is delivered and scaled across international markets—leading partnerships, driving performance, and influencing the future of AI‑enabled media.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain strong, long‑term client partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact and representing client needs internally and externally
Oversee integrated, multi‑channel media strategies aligned to client goals, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and against performance targets
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, preparing and presenting performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges and market dynamics to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Lead, mentor and support junior team members while coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver effective campaigns
Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies (including AI), and best practices, sharing relevant insights with clients

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
