Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of projects and services, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects or services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and testers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7–10+ years of experience in SAP project/service delivery, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end SAP implementations or support engagements
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional SAP teams (e.g., functional consultants, technical developers, BASIS)
• Solid experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and familiarity with SAP delivery frameworks (e.g., Activate)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills, with experience engaging senior business and IT stakeholders
