Your Impact on our Mission

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As Senior Manager, Workplace Experience, you will lead Zocdoc’s workplace operations and employee experience across all of our US offices. As Zocdoc continues to grow and evolve, this role will play a key part in ensuring our workplace environment scales with the business and creates an organized, high-service, and engaging office experience that supports our employees and enables our teams to do their best work. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to leaders across the company to ensure our offices effectively support collaboration, productivity, and an exceptional workplace experience. You will lead and develop the Office Operations team and oversee the programs, services, and partnerships that shape the day-to-day across our offices. This includes office operations, workplace amenities, events, vendor management, and office infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring Zocdoc’s workplace environment evolves alongside the needs of our teams and supports a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Your day-to-day is…

  • Guiding and supporting the Workplace Experience team in creating a well-organized, high-quality workplace environment across Zocdoc’s US offices
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our offices, including reception, office services, mail, supplies, and overall workplace functionality
  • Shaping and evolving Zocdoc’s workplace ecosystem, including food and beverage offerings, guest and visitor services, workplace amenities, remote offerings, wellness programs, and company swag
  • Creating engaging workplace experiences through internal events such as milestone celebrations, cultural events, team offsites, and company-wide gatherings
  • Partnering with leaders across the business to ensure our workplace environment supports collaboration, productivity, and a strong employee experience
