The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Channel Account Manager for Benelux, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading growth in sales and profitability with key distribution partners in the Benelux region.
  • Implementing strong, strategic relationships and serving as the central commercial link between partners and 3M.
  • Determining and activating new growth opportunities across the full 3M portfolio.
  • Supporting an enhanced presence in partner catalogues, online shops, and digital channels.
  • Communicating and driving channel programs, promotions, and joint business plans that create clear value.
  • Collaborating crossfunctionally to ensure a seamless, coordinated customer experience.
  • Promoting market awareness by monitoring trends and competitors’ moves to stay ahead and refine actions.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in sales or channel account management, ideally in industrial sectors.
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and French.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital sales environments (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Mobility to travel across the Benelux region.

  • Passion for building long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong planning and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to turn insights into impactful actions.
  • A result-oriented drive mindset even in complex environments.

Job specifics:

  • Location: This is a field-based role allowing you to work remotely. Alternatively, you’re welcome to work from 3M office in Diegem.
  • Travel: up to 50% visiting customers in the Benelux region.
