About the role

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications using ReactJS and .NET. You will be responsible for driving technical decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the architectural integrity of our solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and takes initiative in driving technical excellence.

Salary range for this role: 15,500- 21,000 PLN gross/ month
This role is based in Wroclaw.

What will you be doing?

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX/UI, and DevOps, to drive innovation and best practices.
Conduct and oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full stack.
Stay updated with industry trends and proactively introduce improvements.

What are we looking for?

5+ years of experience in web application development with React and .NET (in total).
Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Strong expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Proven experience in architectural decision-making and system design.
Experience with source control systems and branching strategies (e.g., Git).
