S&T Lab Technician

作为科学技术部实验室技师，你将支持实验室化学师们开展实验室的常规工作，产品类型将会集中在厨房及烘焙类的不粘涂层，工作内容包括液体涂料的制样、简单的分析类测试及日常的性能测试。

Key Responsibilities

• 确保实验室程序的准确执行。

• 与化学师一起工作，并协助配制液体涂料配方。

• 操作实验室设备进行原材料的称量、混合和分散，以生产实验室规模样品。

• 使用不同的涂布技术（喷涂、滚涂、刮涂）制备涂层样品。

• 控制并验证干膜厚度（DFT）及其他涂层参数。

• 操作固化烘箱。

• 对液体和涂层样品进行简单的分析测试，如粘度测量、光泽度等。

• 进行炊具和烘焙用具行业使用的性能测试，以评估涂层质量。

• 组织和维护原材料、样品及实验室用品。

• 收集并准备日常实验所需的实验材料。

• 根据5S原则保持实验室的清洁和整齐。

• 安全工作，遵循所有实验室程序，并维护高安全标准。

Qualifications

• 持有化工相关专业的大专或以上学历。

• 2年以上的工作经验。

• 能够进行实验室常见的手工操作。

• 有良好的团队配合精神和能力。

• 能在工作中使用英语者优先。
