Job Description

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

What this job involves:

As part of the APAC Portfolio Strategy team at JLL, you will work closely with Amazon's Real Estate leadership to drive portfolio strategy and decision-making across APAC. This is a high ownership, front-end role where you will own data, generate insights, and actively influence decisions on a multi-million sq ft portfolio, with direct exposure to senior leadership across markets. You will drive portfolio decisions—not just analyze them. This role offers a steep learning curve with exposure to real estate strategy across multiple APAC markets in a high-performance environment with strong ownership and pace expectations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Own APAC portfolio data and drive its application in strategic decisions
  • Build robust analytical models and dashboards using Excel, automation, and AI tools
  • Translate complex and unstructured data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Proactively identify risks such as lease expiries and under-utilization, and drive decision-making
  • Work directly with Amazon stakeholders and cross-country teams to move decisions to closure.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years in real estate, consulting, analytics, or program management (exceptional freshers with demonstrable analytical rigor through projects or internships and strong interest in real estate may also be considered)
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced level) and proficiency in data analysis
  • Hands-on usage of AI and automation tools to drive analysis and productivity
  • Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 institutions (IITs, IIMs, top NITs, BITS, SRCC, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and independently drive outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Structured thinker who can break down ambiguity
  • Go-getter with strong ownership and bias for action
  • Solution-oriented mindset—you drive answers, not just questions
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders across teams and geographies
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment with strong pace expectations
  • Willingness to travel (1–2 APAC trips annually).

Location: Onsite
