Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to develop strategic recruitment plans and lead sourcing efforts to build a diverse talent pipeline. You will ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience that aligns with the Kohl’s brand.
What You’ll Do
End to end leadership recruitment for Director, VP, and other senior leadership roles across the enterprise
Ability to manage candidate experience with a high touch, white glove approach
Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and compensation benchmarking to hiring leaders and HR business partners
Manage complete life cycle recruiting for complex positions, from kick-off calls and candidate review to offer negotiation and acceptance
Develop and execute proactive and advanced sourcing strategies to identify top talent
Create and implement strong recruitment strategies, leveraging market insights to tell the story behind search
Utilize recruiting tools and systems effectively to document processes and drive forward action
Influence hiring managers, HR business partners and leaders through compelling storytelling backed by data and market intelligence
Demonstrate versatility by seamlessly transitioning across teams and groups, quickly building relationships and credibility while identifying top talent
Leverage recruitment marketing and social tactics to inform and enhance recruitment strategies
Demonstrate enhanced skills in leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and productivity in the recruiting process
Manage complex offers that could include relocation and sponsorship candidates
Provide consultative advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends and candidate selection
Lead team members by directing and organizing work

What Skills You Have
Required
7+ years in corporate or executive recruiting
Expert-level sourcing skills, including deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing channels
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Demonstrated ability to inform, collaborate with and influence business partners.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and advanced recruitment strategies, including the use of social media, job boards and professional networks
Strong sourcing skills and the ability to personalize searches and outreach
Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with limited oversight
Preferred
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on HR or Business
Working knowledge and understanding of HR legislation, employment law, principles, policies and procedures
Previous experience in building strong talent pipelines for future leadership role
