What will you do?

• Support audit planning and strategy: Understand clients and their business processes, assess risks, and collaborate with experienced team members.

• Operational audit activities: Gather data, perform audit procedures, and ensure quality in all tasks.

• Work with teams and clients in Slovakia and abroad: We ensure all project phases are delivered on time and in accordance with PwC quality standards.

• Learn new skills every day: From audit planning to project management and time management.

• Gain insight into how businesses operate: You’ll get a unique look into various sectors (manufacturing, automotive, financial institutions, regional service centers, and more) and understand how they fit into the bigger picture.

What should you bring?

• You will complete your university studies by June 2026

• Advanced English (minimum B2); German is an advantage but not required

• A background in economics or basic accounting knowledge is an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking — you can interpret data and make fact-based decisions

• Curiosity, openness to challenges, and eagerness to grow across different areas

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently, while also being a team player

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships

Information about the selection process:

Our recruitment process consists of the following steps:

1. Online application – send us your CV. We will carefully review it and get back to you.

2. Short phone interview – we’ll discuss your expectations and introduce ours.

3. Online game-based assessments – you will test several of your abilities, such as logical thinking or attention to detail.

4. Assessment Centre / First interview with our managers – you will meet your potential manager or future colleagues. Through a case study, you’ll get a hands-on feel for the work of an Auditor.
