The Global Partnerships team is responsible for cultivating and managing Mastercard’s most strategic relationships with key players across the payments ecosystem. The team works with global leaders in technology, e-commerce, and financial services to build and scale solutions across acceptance, issuing and co-brand partnerships, and payments data services. Through a consultative approach—and inspired by Mastercard’s longstanding focus on inclusive growth—we are passionate about working hand in hand with mission-aligned companies to solve real-world problems for people and businesses around the world.

This role offers broad exposure to global partnerships, deal execution, and product innovation within a highly collaborative team.
Role
In this role, you will:
• Support the management and growth of one or more of Mastercard’s global partnerships with leading technology and platform companies.
• Assist with day-to-day partner engagement, including stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
• Support the evaluation of new partnership opportunities across acceptance, issuing/co-brand, and payments data services, including market research and analytical assessments.
• Contribute to co-innovation initiatives with partners and internal product teams to help shape new solutions and propositions.
• Help represent partner needs and market insights internally, supporting strategic discussions and planning.
• Support customer proposals and deal development, including RFP responses, business case analysis, and internal alignment.
• Provide analytical, planning, and operational support to senior team members to enable effective partnership execution.

• You’re a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You’re comfortable navigating large, matrixed organizations and collaborating across functions.
• You bring experience or exposure to account management, consulting, sales, strategy, or analytical roles.
• You have strong quantitative, organizational, and project management skills, with high attention to detail.
• You’re a clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in presentations.
• You’re curious about how payments, platforms, and technology-driven business models work.
• You have familiarity with the payments ecosystem and adjacent trends, including digital payments, agentic commerce, stablecoins, and Open Banking.
• You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with evolving priorities.
