About the Role:
Glean is looking for a Sr. Field Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts to own the field marketing strategy and executive programs for the Strategic-Central sales segment, partnering closely with RVPs and account teams to drive engagement and pipeline progression across a defined set of named accounts. You will design and execute executive‑level experiences that deepen relationships with C-Level executives and business leaders, and you’ll ensure each program is tightly mapped to our strategic account plans and revenue goals. This role is focused on high-impact, white-glove programs that engage the most senior stakeholders in our top accounts.
You will partner closely with:
- Our Strategic Sales segment in Central (RVPs and account teams)
- Our ABM team, to ensure programs align to named account strategies and multi‑touch plays
- Our Brand team, to ensure every experience feels premium, on‑brand, and differentiated
