Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for a Sr Analyst – Advanced Analytics. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for providing analytics, data pipelining, and reporting to support CRM campaign objectives by transforming data into actionable insights or execution. Responsible for synthesizing and evaluating data from various platforms, communicating insights into wide technical and non-technical audiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Extract actionable insights from large-scale consumer and marketing campaign data using SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, and analytics tools; design and maintain ETL pipelines, data hygiene processes, and automation to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting/dashboard.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and CRM campaign test-and-learn initiatives to evaluate and optimize B2C marketing performance across digital channels (email, app, SMS) and traditional direct mail.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for cross-functional, data- and technology-driven initiatives impacting CRM strategy and execution.
Develop and implement strategic campaign planning through structured problem formulation, experimental design, and measurement frameworks to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Synthesize analytical findings into clear, actionable deliverables and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field (or equivalent practical experience).
MS/MBA or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline preferred.
3-5+ years of hands-on analytics and data visualization experience, with a focus on business analysis and applied analytics, including data mining and basic data engineering concepts.
Experience in CRM and Marketing Analytics preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into actionable recommendations and present to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical judgment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities based on business needs.
Technical Skills:
3+ years of programming experience in SQL and Python, with proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Services (ADF and Databricks) & Github is a plus but not required.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
