Related Work Experience
- Previous HR-related experience required.
- Maintain confidentiality in all dealings.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel software applications.
- Experience in manufacturing desired.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, prefer Human Resources, Business Administration or related field of study.
- Previous training in Human Resources required.
- Must be HIPAA certified or be able to obtain HIPAA certification within 30 days of start date
Additional Requirements
Must be able to work overtime as required as well as come in to cover other shifts as needed.
Physical Requirements
- This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while standing or walking a minimum of two (2) to four (4) hours a day, the ability to perform work while sitting for six (6) hours a day and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be capable of performing repetitive motion for four (4) to six (6) hours a day.
