Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• This position involves playing a role of application engineer for ECI product and providing support to SK hynix, our client.
• Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities.
• Work closely with many organizations including engineering, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers.
• Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting.
• Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications.
• Provide application support and training to customers.
• This position could be support Icheon and Cheongju customer sites.

[Minimum Qualifications]

• BS or MS degrees in Engineering, Chemistry (MS preferred)
• MS (+2Y~) or BS (+4Y~)
• Previous experience in Electro-Plating(EP) / Wet Clean of FEOL,BEOL process, Bump/EP in Packaging process is highly desirable.
• Good communication skill in English

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 2 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 4 years
