We are looking for a Staff Global Business Partner (GBP) in Tong Luo, Miaoli to drive and lead the One Mega Taiwan (OMT) People strategy at the senior leadership level for Micron Taiwan’s new Tong Luo site (2026). This role partners closely with the Global Executive Business Partner (GEBP), Country People Lead (CPL), and site leadership to translate business strategy into impactful people strategies, enabling long‑term organizational effectiveness, talent readiness, and business results.

The Staff GBP serves as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, ensures alignment across Global BPs, Country People, site leadership, HR COEs, and People Services, and Champions People programs that are both globally aligned and locally relevant.

Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Drive and lead FE OMT people strategy for the Tong Luo site in alignment with business priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders on long‑term organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Translate OMT business strategy into actionable people strategies, leveraging hiring, development, engagement, and succession levers.
  • Ensure People programs reflect local site needs while remaining aligned with global frameworks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and the conscience of OMT leadership on people, culture, and organization decisions.
  • Champion change initiatives, Micron values, and culture for the new site ramp‑up.

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead planning and execution of strategic HR programs across regions and assigned client groups, including enterprise cycles such as the Annual Reach Cycle.
  • Coordinate and track key initiatives led by the Global Executive Business Partner.
  • Maintain alignment across Global BPs, CPL, site leadership, and People teams.
  • Collaborate with HR COEs and People Services to influence program and process design and deployment.

Analytics, Insights & Results

  • Prepare and present executive‑ready people analytics, metrics, and insights to inform leadership decisions.
  • Use workforce data to guide decisions on talent, engagement, performance, and organizational health.
  • Define success metrics aligned with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

Leader Coaching & Talent Enablement

  • Provide 1:1 coaching to senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team development, and people programs.
  • Support leaders in managing engagement and morale during periods of growth, uncertainty, or transition.
  • Drive succession planning, leadership development, high‑potential identification, and successor readiness.
  • Connect talent to Micron development offerings to accelerate capability and readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of HRBP experience.
  • Good command of English and able to communicate accurately to the relevant parties and partners
  • MNC working environment would be an added advantage economy, enabling advances in artificial intelligence and 5G applications that unleash opportunities — from the data center to the intelligent edge and across the client and mobile user experience.
