Group Summary:

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Related Work Experience

Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the management of hourly team members in a production environment.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or five (5) years of directly related job experience combined with some formal training. Related formal training will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
Relative experience is acceptable in lieu of education.

Required Skills/Abilities

Ability to perform work while sitting, standing or walking a minimum of six (6) hours a day
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 35 pounds on a frequent basis
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
