Job Description

Pacvue establishing a local presence in LATAM, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. We’re seeking Mexico City–based candidates who are excited to help launch and scale this new location.

About the role:

Pacvue is expanding its Growth & Experience organization into Mexico City, and we are seeking a self-starter with strong leadership capabilities, market expertise, and a proven ability to build customer relationships, dive deep into data, and execute at both strategic and tactical levels. This role is critical in launching and scaling the Growth & Experience team in Mexico, including shaping the culture, establishing operational processes, and guiding the early development of a high-performing local presence. Over time, this position will also support the stand-up and oversight of a physical office as the team grows.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional analytical skills with creative problem-solving, excellent English communication skills, and deep experience operating in the Mexican market. They bring a track record of building and mentoring teams, establishing new workflows, and driving strong outcomes in fast-paced environments. A passion for retail media, innovation, and a “learn and be curious” mindset is essential.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—particularly during the early stages of establishing the Mexico-based Growth & Experience team. You will develop growth strategies, deliver actionable insights, coach a small team, and achieve measurable results for enterprise brands and agencies across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart, ensuring the Mexico team becomes a high-impact extension of Pacvue’s global organization.

Responsibilities:

Retail Media Account Senior Manager:

  • Fully own client relationships by providing best in class account management, building solid rapport, demonstrating transparency, and delivering results against joint business objectives
  • Manage a small team of Sr. Account Managers and Account Managers to deliver to clients’ business objectives
  • Drive client test & learn calendar and ensure you are always bringing new ideas to the client
  • Contribute to the Pacvue product by providing input and recommendations on new features and functionality
  • Showcase the power of Pacvue’s technology by delivering on client objectives and contributing to industry training & education programs
  • Act as a leader on the Pacvue Growth & Experience team through knowledge sharing with the broader Pacvue team
  • Develop strategic growth plans, gain client alignment, and fully execute against the aligned upon approach
  • Measure efficacy of the strategy through regular reporting against core marketing KPIs and ad-hoc audits to identify areas for refinement
  • Leverage retail media activities and other retail readiness recommendations to drive increased traffic and conversion
