Job Description
This internship will last for 6 months, please only apply if you are available for this duration. We are looking for candidates to start as soon as possible but also for those who can start later.
Your Responsibilities
Conducting market and location analyses
Assisting in the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation methods and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV) for domestic and international clients
Supporting the organization and execution of property inspections across Germany and preparing subsequent reports
Maintaining information databases and regularly assisting in the preparation of pitch presentations and proposals
Assisting in the creation of valuation reports in both German and English
Regular communication with team members
Your Profile
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Real Estate or industry related focus
Initial professional experience in valuation, or real estate is a plus.
Enthusiasm for working with Excel and an affinity for numbers and financial topics
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-reliant and structured working style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
