FFE Coordinator

Job Description Summary

Hands on position to move furniture & equipment on campus, drive a box truck on campus, use fork lift at warehouse (will be trained), maintain furniture inventory, move crates. Client interfacing and must demonstrate professionalism at all times. Full time onsite position 5 days a week.

Needs to interact with clients in a professional manner, in a corporate setting. Ability to work independently and with a team.

Job Description Tasks - 
1. Complete daily work orders.
2. Perform moves (crates & equipment). Install and move furniture as needed to set up offices, deliver/pick-up crates for moves.
3. Plant clear equipment per work orders. May include lab racks.

4. Drive box truck for loading and unloading on campus. Must have valid license and good driving record.
5. Ensure loading docks on campus buildings are clear of furniture.
6. Warehouse Maintenance: Organize furniture. Label, palletize, and store furniture and items at the warehouse with use of Forklift (will be trained onsite . If licensed it's a plus) or hand pallet jack. Maintain furniture inventory system (will train). 
7. Lift, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 75 pounds.

8. Assesses furniture damage and reports repairs under warranty by taking photos and entering into vendor system.

9. At least 2 year of experience moving furniture, using dollies, hand pallet jacks and inventory management.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $27.99 - $32.93
