About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We are seeking a Product Marketing Lead to bring the Agentic Enterprise to life through clear, differentiated, and high-impact content.

This role is designed for a technically credible PMM who genuinely loves storytelling, someone who can understand how AI and enterprise systems work, develop strong points of view, and translate that into content that stands out in a crowded market.

You will create content across formats, including blog, web, SEO, social, and events, developing stories that are not only easy to understand, but compelling, memorable, and grounded in real-world application.

While storytelling will be your primary focus, this role requires the flexibility to operate as a PMM, stepping into priority initiatives (e.g., Dreamforce, major launches) and applying your product knowledge and narrative skills where they are most needed.

You will also be responsible for driving impact, not just output, tracking performance, learning what resonates, and continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of your work.

AI will be an important tool in your workflow. You should be comfortable using it to accelerate idea generation, structure, and drafting, but equally focused on applying your own judgment, insight, and editorial voice to ensure every piece feels thoughtful, differentiated, and human.

    • Develop outlines and first drafts

    • Synthesize complex inputs

    • Ensure clarity, quality, and originality

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical content, or related roles in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software

    • Simplify complex concepts

    • Develop clear, engaging narratives

    • Create content that stands out

  • Solid understanding of:
