- This role is responsible for tracking and record keeping for all the documents prepared and shared for the project. Documents has to be properly sorted and stored in specific formats for ease in tracking the details during the entire duration of the project.

About the Role:
- Coordination with all the project stake holders for tracking of the document flow.
- Proper alignment and storage of the documents in respective folders for easy of tracking during the course of the project
- Prepare log for the required and received documents, so that balance details can be followed up by the respective engineers or coordinator.
General Responsibilities
- Track all the documents generated during the course of the project.
- Store the documents using proper folder system or in a digital format for ease of tracking the same.
- Maintain details in standard format for all the incoming and out going documents for the project from any of the stake holders.

About You:
- 14 years of experience in Documentation Control profile
- Experience in delivering and maintaining all the project related documents as per required and set standards.
- Proven track record in site Documentation Management Process implementation.
