Job Description

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join:

Our Product Managers imagine the ideal experience for our community and work backwards, creating innovative products that delight our guests and hosts. They deeply understand the needs of our users and translate these into a strategy that combines strong product thinking and deep research. They partner with talented cross-functional team members across engineering, design, operations, data science, and more, leading teams to execute a shared vision. They are incredibly detail-oriented and hands on.

The Difference You Will Make:

The guest product team is seeking an exceptional product manager to incubate and grow new customer stays offerings in partnership with business and product development teams.

In this role, you will own product features that bring new customer stays offerings to life within the Airbnb guest experience. You'll pilot offerings with the goal to drive growth in ways that are additive to the overall Airbnb guest journey and business. You'll collaborate across Airbnb's guest and host teams to ensure that new offerings connect seamlessly across the product. And you'll help develop the external narrative for new features, working with marketing and communications to bring them to market.

You will drive the roadmap for your areas, partnering closely with business, partnerships, engineering, design, data science, and marketing to go from concept through launch.

This is a key growth role that will regularly interface with senior business leaders.

A Typical Day:

  • Develop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Synthesize feedback and translate it into compelling product features.
  • Craft the product narrative for internal teams and leadership, and the public-facing messaging that brings features to market.                                        &
