About The Team

This role is within our Security organization and reports directly to the CISO. Our team partners closely with IT, GRC, and Legal teams to protect Outreach’s employees, devices, and corporate data. We build practical, scalable controls across endpoint security, email security, data protection, and identity—so the business can move fast without taking on unnecessary risk.

The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Staff Security Engineer to lead and evolve our Corporate Security program. In this role, you will own and drive outcomes across email security, endpoint security, vulnerability and patch management, and data loss prevention (DLP)—with supporting work across identity controls in Okta and Entra. You’ll operate as a hands-on technical leader who can set strategy, build durable controls, and partner effectively with stakeholders to reduce enterprise risk while improving employee experience.
