Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: 

We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team with an EPA Certification. In this role, you will be responsible for tune-ups, detailed diagnosing, and recommending upgrades on HVAC systems. You will work with advanced diagnostic tools and ensure all systems operate efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our clients. We provide weekly training and opportunities to learn from HVAC Lead Technicians. 

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance to prevent future issues and improve efficiency.
• Make light HVAC repairs when needed or recommend replacements.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining any issues and next steps in a professional, friendly way.
• Follow all safety protocols including local and state HVAC codes.
• Keep detailed notes on recommendations, service visit details, and parts usage logs.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Education: High school diploma or GED; completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship. 
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as an HVAC technician. 
• Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license. 
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
