What You'll Do:
- Design and Build AI Agents: Develop AI-powered agents and automation tools to optimize internal processes, improve decision-making, and enhance employee productivity.
- Prototype & Experiment: Rapidly test and iterate on generative AI applications (e.g., using LLMs, embeddings, or fine-tuning models) to solve real business challenges.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with business leaders to identify use cases, scope technical requirements, and integrate solutions with internal systems.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Use statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights, model behaviors, and inform strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate & Scale: Measure the impact of deployed AI tools, refine models, and guide the adoption of successful pilots across the organization.
- Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Track emerging technologies in generative AI, automation, and data science, recommending how Constant Contact can strategically leverage them.
Who You Are:
Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency with Python and libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face frameworks).
- Proven ability to build and deploy end-to-end AI or automation solutions (e.g., chatbots, process automation, internal copilots).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using APIs and orchestration tools to connect AI agents with business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, internal databases).
- Experience working with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), or fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, or digital platforms.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
