Job Description
We are seeking a Rebate Transformation Specialist to lead the modernization and optimization of our rebate management processes. This role will drive digital transformation initiatives to streamline rebate operations, improve accuracy, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Transformation
Analyze current rebate processes and identify improvement opportunities
Design and implement streamlined rebate workflows and procedures
Lead cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives
Develop standardized rebate policies and guidelines
System Implementation
Collaborate with IT teams to implement rebate management systems
Configure and test rebate calculation engines and automation tools
Ensure data integrity and system integration across platforms
Support user training and system adoption
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
Communicate transformation progress to senior management
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
Facilitate change management across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital transformation projects
Knowledge of rebate management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Process improvement certifications (Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
PMP
Required Qualifications
3-5 years experience in rebate management or process improvement
Strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
