This temporary position is located at 333 Fayetteville St., Raleigh - Wake County, with the North Carolina Office of State Human Resources.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $26.23 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the OSHR Talent Acquisition Manager, the HR Technician III will provide Tier 1/2 support to applicants and agency staff for Workday Applicant Tracking, Onboarding and Offboarding.
The HR Technician III will help identify issues, identify solutions, and assist in developing documentation and training to support applicants, employees, and agency staff utilizing Workday.
The HR Technician III will assist in maintaining the OSHR Talent Acquisition SharePoint site, maintaining the internal and external career pages, monitoring the employee and applicant email accounts, and supporting social media initiatives.
The HR Technician will also work with the State HR Consultants and provide support to Statewide Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Management Requirements:
- Experience with Workday Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.
- Experience providing customer support via email, chat and phone.
- Experience composing grammatically correct and accurate written responses to customer issues.
- Experience documenting customer support outcomes in a tracking system.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint or comparable alternatives.
Minimum Education and Experience

Associate’s degree, typically in Human Resources or relevant field from an appropriately accredited institution and 2 years of experience required; or 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
