About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Relations Associate to join our People team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and play a key part in ensuring the vertical compliance with Saudi labor law and the regulations. Working closely with People Business Partners and People Operations, you will help investigate employee grievances, support disciplinary processes, and contribute to creating a positive, fair, and legally compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an initial point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns, escalating complex cases to People Business Partners as needed.
- Assist in conducting fair and thorough investigations into employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and policy violations in accordance with the Saudi Labor Law.
- Support the administration of disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination processes while ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor and help enforce company policies and procedures to align with the Saudi Labor Law, MHRSD regulations, GOSI requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations case files, documentation, and tracking logs.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners on day-to-day generalist activities including onboarding support, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting.
- Help track and analyze ER metrics (e.g., grievance resolution times, case volumes) and prepare periodic reports for management review.
- Support the development and rollout of employee awareness campaigns on workplace policies, code of conduct, and labor rights.
