JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key responsibilities
1. Target Setting & Performance Management
· Develop, implement, and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Hong Kong market.
· Align individual and team goals tie to business objectives.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
2. Incentive & Bonus Program Design
· Design, communicate, and manage sales incentive plans and bonus structures to motivate and reward high performance.
· Ensure incentive programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations.
· Analyze the effectiveness of incentive schemes and recommend adjustments as needed.
3. Local Data System Development & Management
· Establish and maintain robust sales data systems and tools tailored to the Hong Kong market.
· Collaborate with IT and regional teams to integrate local data processes with global platforms.
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for reporting and decision-making.
4. Business Insights & Analysis
· Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.
· Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and sales force effectiveness enhancements.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
· Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams to support sales planning and execution.
· Train and support sales teams on SFE tools, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
· Experience:
· 3+ years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics, preferably in the health, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
· Proven track record in target setting, incentive design, and data system management.
