Position: Enterprise Solutions Lead

Location: Thailand

Summary:

The Enterprise Solutions Lead is a pivotal role responsible for leading the alignment of Customer Experience, Technology, and Data teams with strategic business objectives. This position ensures seamless solution architecture, system integration, and collaboration with stakeholders while guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions. The role partners closely with the Managing Director and Business Leads to drive technology, data, and customer experience business opportunities, achieving revenue and growth targets.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions that address strategic business needs.
Define solution architectures ensuring scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with key clients and vendors to identify and prioritize requirements.
Oversee the end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle from design to deployment.
Ensure seamless integration between various enterprise platforms and applications.
Maintain compliance with data protection regulations, industry standards, and security protocols.
Optimize team structure and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
Partner with Client Engagement and Business Leads to identify and acquire new business opportunities.

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in IT solution design, architecture, or enterprise system leadership.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology projects and transformations.
Strong expertise in enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, BI platforms, and cloud services.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels, tailoring communication to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
