About the Role

Our FP&A team is growing and we׳re looking for a highly motivated and proactive FP&A Analyst to join us. The role will focus on developing business insights, reporting a set of KPIs to management and analyzing market trends. You will bring your analytical ability to provide key insights, work closely with stakeholders to provide financial insights into key decisions, and drive strategic initiatives forward.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare financial analysis to monitor and facilitate the understanding of key operating and financial trends across revenue, expenses, and headcount, providing actionable insights
• Prepare and monitor key financial and operational metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators
• Provide the analytical framework and strategic insights to identify risks and opportunities associated with the company’s financials
• Monitor and conduct research on external and internal business drivers to measure top impact on business performance
• Prepare quarterly presentations for senior management, BoD and other stakeholders
• Support the team in forecasting processes and the creation of annual and long-term business plans
• Act as a financial business partner and provide ongoing financial support and decision-making analysis for different teams, projects, customer transactions, and other initiatives
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing processes
• Assist with ad-hoc requests (financial modeling, analysis and reporting)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics/other relevant fields from a leading university - a must
• 2+ years of direct experience working in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking or Financial Consulting - a must
• CPA with a Big 4 firm experience - advantage
• Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Tech-savvy with a strong focus on leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance financial processes, efficiency, and insights.
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills - a must
• Fluent English (spoken and written) - a must
