ABOUT THE ROLE

The Rigs Engineering Technician is a crucial role responsible for assisting in the design, development and delivery of vital test platforms to help deliver Anduril’s future products. The individual will use their experience to plan, build and operate viable test facility infrastructure including workshops and test asset inventory infrastructure. The candidate will play a pivotal role in defining unique solutions to problems with limited information and short time frames. They will leverage their knowledge to assist and advance solutions that enable testing and verification for key stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace/automotive technician roles, test technician roles, or similar, with experience in test and verification activities.
  • Experience in operating large scale verification and validation rig equipment. 
  • Strong experience in electrical wiring installations.
  • Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters and other test equipment.
  • Skill in maintenance and use of 3D printing equipment.
  • Experience in creating and operating development workshops and facilities.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in working with high voltage systems.
  • Experience in a specific industry relevant to Automotive, Aviation or high-tech engineering.

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
