Job Description

You partner closely with the Client Engagement Strategy Manager to bring to life a best‑in‑class Fashion Digital Roadmap for Hong Kong and Macau. With a strong focus on client‑facing touchpoints and clienteling tools, you act as a digital orchestrator - bridging strategy, technology, and retail execution.

Your mission is to ensure digital platforms, tools, and programmes seamlessly support Chanel’s client‑centric ambition, while continuously challenging the status quo to elevate the digital client experience beyond market standards.

In this role, you shape how digital innovation enhances the Chanel client journey across physical and digital moments. Acting as product owner for local client digital solutions, you drive their rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimization in line with business objectives and client vision.

By translating strategic roadmaps into actionable digital initiatives, you enable consistent, elevated experiences for clients while empowering boutique teams with intuitive, effective tools. Through data analysis, KPI monitoring, and user feedback, you contribute insights that refine client journeys, strengthen engagement strategies, and support continuous improvement. Your work directly influences how Chanel sets new benchmarks for digital luxury experiences in the Hong Kong and Macau market.

You bring solid experience in digital programme or project management, ideally within luxury retail, client engagement, or omnichannel environments. You are comfortable navigating mobile and web platforms, app ecosystems (iOS/Android), and clienteling solutions, with hands‑on exposure to Salesforce and related tools a strong advantage.

With a collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, you can bridge boutiques, technical partners, regional teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery. Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive, you are energized by change and committed to enabling teams through thoughtful training, clear processes, and practical solutions.
