SUMMARY:

The Senior Visual Designer will contribute to the UX Consulting Team, delivering visually compelling, intuitive digital experiences for employees and consumers. This role combines creativity, technical skill, and strategic thinking to ensure human-centered design is at the core of our digital initiatives.

HIERARCHY:

This role operates within the UX Consulting Team and works cross-functionally with product teams, researchers, strategists, and other designers to deliver high-impact design solutions.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Deliver exceptional digital solutions that seamlessly unify form and function, providing joyful user experiences.
Execute visual design across a variety of digital projects, including consumer apps, patient journeys, and storytelling experiences.
Balance creativity with practicality, ensuring designs are intuitive, functional, and scalable within component-based design systems.
