Job Description
As Key Account Manager, you will build and manage strategic customer relationships, drive sustainable sales growth, and position the company as a partner of choice for key accounts across the Israeli life sciences market. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing local organization within a global industry leader, with direct impact on shaping market presence, customer perception, and commercial success through strategic account development and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities and drive growth across life sciences and medical organizations
- Own the full sales cycle within key accounts, from RFP through contracting, delivery, and post-sale follow-up
- Build trusted advisor relationships with startups, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies by applying strong industry and regulatory knowledge
- Analyze market and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable growth opportunities
- Deliver customer-centric solutions, tailoring offerings to meet customers’ critical needs and long-term objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience in account development, sales, or similar roles within biotech or biopharma
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships and identify growth opportunities across the biotech/biopharma ecosystem
- Strong understanding of industry landscapes, including regulatory environments and market trends
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering results
- Fluency in English and Hebrew required
