THE WORK:
Join us to work as an Installed Base Management Consultant for Industrial Equipment clients transformations and rollouts projects, focusing on the structural integrity and lifecycle consistency of equipment installed in the field.
You will be responsible for ensuring that equipment structures, serial relationships and installation logic are correctly designed, migrated and validated across end-to-end processes. You will operate at the intersection of logistics, service and asset lifecycle processes, making sure that installed equipment structures correctly reflect real operational reality and support downstream maintenance and service execution.

In your daily work, you will support:
Design and maintain installed base structure model in SAP, including: equipment hierarchy (superior / subordinate equipment), equipment ↔ functional location relationships
Support full delivery → installation → service start process, ensuring: serial assignment during goods receipt / delivery, automatic or manual equipment creation
Support installation lifecycle scenarios: equipment installation, dismantling, reinstallation relocation between locations or customers tracking installation history
Ensure material ↔ serial ↔ equipment mapping consistency
Validate installed base data before and after key process events
Participate in E2E scenario validation

Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree or technical equivalent (Engineer)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients
Practical knowledge of: equipment hierarchy, functional locations, equipment master data
Practical understanding of serialization and installed equipment logic
Understanding of service environments is a plus
Big plus is proven exposure to Installed Base in subscription / EaaS business model
Functional skills or key user experience with SAP PM / EAM / SD / MM
Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, GPT)
Practical knowledge of project management methodology (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum)
Excellent communication skills in English is a must. German or French is a plus
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Jira and Confluence proficiency are welcome
