Estamos buscando un/a persona para una Beca Estudios Presupuestos para nuestro equipo de Tetris Arquitectura.

 

Qué implica esta posición 

 

Apoyarás en:

• La revisión y colaboración en proyectos de arquitectura e instalaciones (oficina, retail, logística, hotel)
• Las visitas y análisis técnico de instalaciones de edificios; incluso toma de datos.
• La elaboración de informes y Due Diligence técnica
• La estimación de costes
• El estudio de concursos/propuestas, y preparación de ofertas
• La revisión y comparación de ofertas de proveedores y fabricantes
• La elaboración de mediciones y presupuestos (arquitectura e instalaciones)
• La realización de planificaciones de obra
• El soporte técnico para todos los proyectos/obras del departamento
• La elaboración de documentación as built
• Ahorro de costes al departamento, sin perder calidad, con agilidad en realización de ofertas
• El manejo de normativa de aplicación y colaboración en la gestión y tramitación de licencias
