Your role
As an Associate Commercial Counsel, you’ll support the end-to-end contract process for a variety of commercial agreements, helping balance business priorities with compliance and risk in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You’ll work closely with more senior counsel and cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Privacy, Security, and Customer Success to review and negotiate agreements, respond to various requests, and help scale our commercial legal workflows. You’ll also help create scalable, AI-assisted contracting workflows that shorten review cycles and make it easier for business teams to self-serve on standard deals. In addition, you’ll help bring a practical, “AI-first” mindset to Commercial Legal, piloting new tools, documenting playbooks, and turning individual legal judgment into repeatable systems that improve speed, consistency, and risk management.
This position reports to our Assistant General Counsel, Commercial. We are looking for candidates based in Buenos Aires. The role is primarily remote, with the opportunity to work from our Buenos Aires office and occasional in-person collaboration days as needed.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with other in-house legal team members to manage the contract review process for a variety of customer, partner, and vendor contracts, including SaaS agreements, services agreements, statements of work, vendor agreements, and NDAs, from intake through negotiation and completion.
