·         Strategic promotion management: Oversee the procurement and delivery of event-specific materials, ensuring premium standards are met for every counter and promotional pop-up.

·         Cross-Functional Data Intelligence: Consolidate all event performance data and market trends to deliver actionable reports that inform future event strategies and marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Readiness & Agile Execution for all events

Ensure events are executed on time with absolute readiness, maintaining agility in fast-paced environments.

  • End-to-End Timeline Management: Orchestrate a rigorous countdown-to-launch schedule, ensuring all logistical milestones are met without compromise.

  • Strategic Resource Deployment: Oversee the flawless delivery and inventory control of all promotional materials.

  • Agility Planning: Maintain a proactive "Plan B" for technical or logistical hurdles, ensuring the brand’s premium image remains seamless regardless of on-site variables.

2. Proactive Field Communication & Stakeholder Management

Drive real-time feedback loops by actively engaging with event teams, promoters, and field staff.

  • Promoter & Staff Synchronization: Act as the central point of contact for event promoters, ensuring they are fully briefed on brand storytelling, product talking points, and VIP etiquette.

  • Real-Time Feedback Integration: Conduct active "floor checks" during live events to gather immediate qualitative feedback from clients and staff, allowing for mid-event micro-adjustments.

  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the lead liaison between the creative marketing team and the physical execution staff, ensuring the marketing vision is accurately translated into the physical space.

3. Data-Driven Analysis & Performance Benchmarking

Analyze event outcomes using 3-axis data consolidation and comparative market metrics.

  • Comprehensive Result Consolidation: Synthesize complex data sets—including traffic, sell-through of featured products, and engagement rates—into polished, executive-ready reports.

  • Comparative Performance Benchmarking: Evaluate current event ROI against historical brand data and external competitor benchmarks in the luxury fragrance and cosmetics sector.
