Provide administrative support across Consumer Finance functions, including Lending, Receivables, Collections, Transfers, and Account Maintenance
Coordinate and complete administrative tasks in line with departmental priorities and deadlines
Support key stakeholders and team members with day‑to‑day administrative assistance
Manage document intake, proofing, validation, and secure storage
Ensure customer and sales documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant before processing
Complete all documentation in line with compliance, audit, and record‑keeping requirements
Ensure work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
Process account onboarding, maintenance, updates, and variations across business systems
Support account settlement activities, including preparation and processing
Process cancellations, refunds, and account adjustments accurately and within service standards
Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry and system updates
Manage inbound and outbound communications via email, correspondence, and phone
Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and in a timely manner
Assist with scheduling meetings, calendars, and departmental events
Meet agreed timelines, service levels, and operational deadlines
Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Comply with Workplace Health & Safety policies and take reasonable care for personal and team safety
Provide flexible support across functions as workloads and business needs change
What You’ll Bring
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and deadlines
Confidence working across different systems, processes, and Consumer Finance functions
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service mindset with a professional and respectful approach
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn, adapt, and support continuous improvement
Demonstrated integrity, accountability, reliability, and sound judgement
Flexibility to take on varied responsibilities to support operational requirements
Desirable: Experience in consumer finance, lending, memberships, or regulated environments
Desirable: Exposure to account transfers, contract variations, settlements, or closures
Desirable: Familiarity with credit assessment, hardship, or regulated compliance processes
