Role Description:

Job Title: AWS Cloud Engineer with Production Support in Banking Domain

Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru

Hybrid Mode - 3 days WFO (Tues, Wed, Thurs) per week

Shift Time: 24*7 Rotational Shifts

Overview: 

Responsibilities: 
• Provide L1, L2, L3 support to various Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office, back-office, Settlements).
• Work on service requests using the Incident / Problem / Service management workflow, raised by business users and provide resolution. 
• Work closely with SME's on any such requests as per the needs. 
• Work independently and represent status on different tasks with SME’s. 
• Implement methods for continually improving the support systems/processes. 
• Provide application and system monitoring. 
• Handle Change Management.
• Provide release management services. 
• Perform fail-over and manage disaster recovery activities.

Skills: 
• Production Support / Dev Ops / SRE (Min 4 years of experience) 
• AWS and Snowflake
• DevOps/ SRE
• Various RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase etc) 
• Batch Job Schedulers (TWS / Autosys) 
• Operating System - Windows and UNIX
• Scripting (Python). 
• Incident Management

Good to have:
• Prometheus/ Grafana
• Knowledge of Capital Markets (Trade lifecycle, Settlement process)
• Knowledge of SWIFT
• Knowledge of Settlement Applications
