The role will be accountable for the business development of bancassurance partnership, driving business growth through innovative collaboration with partners, and ensuring the effective integration of our insurance products within partner channels.Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute partnership strategies to maximise value creation and revenue generation for the company and the partners
Manage ongoing relationships with partners, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring strong engagement, joint business planning, product planning and development and effective execution of product, sales and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate the integration of insurance products and services into partner distribution ecosystems including digital platform, frontline training and operational processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (such as product, compliance, and marketing) to support seamless partnership delivery
Develop and deliver annual business plans with partners to drive the business growth and achieve agreed KPIs. Monitor partnership performance, analyze key metrics, and report on outcomes to senior management
Job Requirements
University graduate, preferably in business discipline.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in insurance/banking/ financial services sector with at least 3 years in managerial role on business development, partnership management, or bancassurance.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Sound understanding of insurance products, banking operations, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Efficient MS application and Chinese input
Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
