The Residential Property Marketing Designer supports the development and execution of marketing strategies and deliverables for residential properties. This person combines creative design expertise with organizational skills to develop compelling marketing materials that showcase properties effectively and attract prospective buyers and tenants.

This person will primarily be focused on:

  • Creating marketing materials and visual content for residential property campaigns;

  • Developing content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns;

  • Designing property listings and promotional materials across various platforms;

  • Supporting open houses, property viewings, and residential marketing events;

  • Tracking campaign performance and providing insights for optimization;

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Creative Development

  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets for residential properties;

  • Develop engaging content for newsletters, social media, and website updates;

  • Create and maintain property listings across various marketing platforms;

  • Design promotional materials for open houses and residential marketing events;

  • Design specific campaing and events key visuals

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Implement email marketing campaigns to prospects and partnership networks;

  • Support the execution of marketing plans and timelines for properties;

  • Coordinate with agents and brokers to understand property features and campaign requirements;

  • Manage communication materials for open houses and residential marketing events;

  • Maintain and organize database of marketing assets and brand materials;

Collaboration

  • Partner with agents, brokers, and property representatives on campaign development;

  • Support team-wide marketing initiatives and special projects as needed;

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related fields

  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing or design experience; residential real estate experience preferred

  • Portfolio demonstrating design skills and marketing project experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator);

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);

  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and digital publishing tools;

Core Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities;

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines;

  • Strong graphic design sensibility with attention to detail;

  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices;

  • Collaborative team player with positive, proactive attitude;

  • Basic understanding of residential real estate market dynamics;
