As SAP MDG Consultant Business Partner (Master Data Governance BP) at Accenture, you will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end-to-end. This includes ensuring alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition. You will act as a subject matter expert, lead teams effectively, and collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Advanced proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance for Business Partner (MDG-BP) is essential, with recommended expertise in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool and Business Process Design. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead the implementation of activities to improve business function performance end-to-end.
• Ensure alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and solutions to problems across various teams.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance business function performance.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and effective decision-making.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business process design and SAP MDG-BP.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance for Business Partner (MDG-BP).
• Strong understanding of SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool and Business Process Design.
• Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and implementing effective solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to enhance business function performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certifications in SAP MDG or related areas.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in business processes.
