Job Description
Key job responsibilities
- Lead and own key workstreams in annual financial planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term strategy
- Coordinate and deliver monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages with actionable insights for business leaders
- Implement AI and automation solutions to optimize reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and increase insights
- Seek out and drive adoption of best practices, reporting tools, and training resources that improve operational efficiency across teams and enhance analytical capabilities
- Design and deliver process improvements for month-end and quarter-end close activities, focused on accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in financial reporting
- Proactively collaborate with accounting and cross-functional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Lead ad hoc analytical projects that require cross-functional collaboration across FP&A, BI/technology teams, and other finance teams.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, or CPA- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
