Position Summary: 

The Program Manager provides both clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring effective team operations, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed treatment, and fostering innovation in behavioral health practices. The Program Manager leads team success by supporting staff development, promoting accountability, and coordinating team functions and community initiatives. This position also oversees compliance, documentation, and budgetary responsibilities while maintaining strong partnerships and aligning with organizational goals.

 

Team Specific Information:  Team 230 is an adult outpatient therapy team located at WellPower’s Recovery Center.  The multi-disciplinary team is comprised of therapists, therapists who also provide case management, a psych only care coordinator, psychiatric nurses, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychiatrists and a program manager.  The team currently serves 1,100 adults—18-years-old and older.  The program manager directly supervises the therapists, the therapists/case managers, and the psych only care coordinator while providing overall leadership to the entire team.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

• $75,004.80 - $113,006.40 per year
