We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture.

And it’s why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.
We’re disability confident. So if you’d like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know.
We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes
• A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
• An annual performance-related bonus
• Share schemes including free shares
• Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
• 24 days’ holiday, with bank holidays on top
• A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies
Coaching and mentoring will be available, along with the opportunity to get involved in cross-team activities and learning and development. We're keen to hire someone with the right values and behaviours. Here are some of the behaviours we'd love to see:

- Establishing strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers

Trust is important to us, and we work flexibly in ways that mean we can each be at our best. We're looking for someone who has the skills for problem-solving and development with a good team ethic, providing simple and effective solutions.
