Software Engineer

 

So, what’s the role all about?

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Full Stack (Java + AI) or (Python + AI) Engineer to contribute to our products in the Surveillance domain. This engineer will be part of the Pune R&D team, taking ownership of complex modules and providing technical leadership within the team.

How will you make an impact?  

• 2–4 years work experience in the software industry, with strong hands-on development expertise.
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices.
• Strong experience in Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, backend services.
• Leverage Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) to rapidly develop high quality code, utilities, prototypes, and automation scripts with strong reliability and maintainability.
• Use GenAI-driven tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Chat, Claude AI, and Cursor AI to accelerate coding, debugging, code reviews, and refactoring.
• Proficient with Git and collaboration tools (GitHub/Bitbucket).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design scalable, high-performance applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Solid experience with AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on expertise with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience with SQL databases (MS SQL / PostgreSQL).
• Good to have experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB / DynamoDB)

• Perform developer-level testing including unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.
• Ensure high code quality through clean coding practices, code reviews, static analysis, and automated testing.
• Continuously optimize systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical design and planning.
