Product Manager, Systems, FlashArray & FlashBlade

THE ROLE

As a Product Manager for Systems, you will help shape the next generation of Everpure’s industry-leading FlashArray and FlashBlade platforms. This is a high-growth role where you will tackle complex architectural challenges—from performance and scale to sustainability—while collaborating with world-class engineering leaders. You will turn raw data into concrete product improvements, acting as a critical bridge between customer needs and the technical innovations that power thousands of global deployments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive Data-Informed Product Evolution: Analyze telemetry, support trends, and sales patterns to identify system bottlenecks and product gaps, turning these insights into quantitative recommendations that shape our portfolio strategy.

• Define Actionable Product Requirements: Partner with Solutions Engineers and customers to translate day-to-day challenges into crisp user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs for specific hardware and software improvements.

• Execute the Systems Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end delivery of defined functional areas—from design reviews to launch readiness—ensuring our FlashArray and FlashBlade platforms meet rigorous standards for operability and performance.

• Streamline Global Operations: Collaborate with Hardware and Operations teams to ensure accurate configuration rules and SKU definitions, making it easier for our field teams and customers to size and deploy Everpure solutions.

• Champion Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a central point of contact between Engineering, Purity software, and QA teams to clarify requirements and track the delivery of key features against our organizational goals.
