Job Description

Your mission: build the website of the future.
This is a remote-first role based in Europe, with some travel expected.

Hi, we’re Prismic Our mission is to empower marketers and developers to create web experiences at scale and with soul.
We believe AI will fundamentally change the way websites are built. In the future, websites should be autonomous, agent-first operating systems, with humans focusing on strategy, creativity and approval.

  The role
As we’re building technology that powers thousands of websites, our own website is one of the most important assets we have for acquisition and growth, and we’re looking for someone to own the future of it.
In this role, your objective is clear: make our website the “poster child” of autonomous web journeys of the future. You’ll be the #1 user of our own products, and will turn our vision into reality on our own website.
This is an exciting role where you’ll get the chance to experiment and build new playbooks, collaborating with a dedicated senior creative developer just for the website, and our entire product & engineering teams behind you creating the technology you need to power the website.

 Expectations
We’re looking for someone with strong opinions on the future of websites, who shares our current vision, but will also help us refine and evolve it.
As principal website strategist, you’ll own our website and work closely with our senior creative developer and our growth and brand teams to ensure the website drives visibility, demand and pipeline. You’ll own key website metrics such as site speed, search & AI visibility, user experience and information architecture. You’ll build and own a website roadmap focused on driving performance and distilling experiment results into valuable insights for ourselves and our clients.
Key outcomes you’ll work towards will include adaptation and personalization, content optimization, and driving growth across the funnel.
You’ll be joining a strong marketing team that builds with AI, experiments a lot, and creates new playbooks. We’re highly collaborative and work in cross-functional squads with revenue, product and engineering, where we act as subject matter experts on topics like ABM and GEO. By sharing our goals and challenges, we help evolve our products to make them the best they can be for our clients and for ourselves. We’re also close to the ground, with marketers regularly joining client calls, in-person and online events, and engaging on social media.
As marketers for a product built for marketers, we have a unique opportunity to build something we’re truly excited about. We’re looking for a team member with the same level of curiosity and passion.
